open play for the price of cart rental at Oak Harbor
Golf Club, Eagle Creek,
Sugar Creek in Elmore, Louden Meadows in Fostoria or Sleepy Hollow. The following procedures are necessary to ensure tee
times.

Oak Harbor, Eagle Creek, Sugar Creek, Louden Meadows or Sleepy Hollow need to be set up by SHGC staff in order
to verify membership (names of all members in the group are required at this time)

for all members, such as a driver's license, must be
presented at
Oak Harbor, Eagle Creek, Sugar Creek, Louden Meadows or Sleepy Hollow
at
check-in,
or green fees will be charged
